**Confirmation For Students of Private Schools:

Private school eighth graders who are members of St. Joseph's Parish and wish to receive the sacrament of Confirmation at St. Joseph's spring 2012 need to mail a registration form and a copy of the record card to our office. The sacrament fee for private students is $100. There is a required 6 week course beginning in January 2012. You will be notified by email when the required meeting for all Confirmation candidates and their parents will be, and also when the starting date for the 6 week course.

Dear Parents,

The Religious Education Office would like to make you aware of the new system in registering students for the 2011-2012 school year.

Starting April 13, 2011, our website saintjosephreligiouseducation.org, will have the required registration forms available for downloading.  The following instructions are to help you in the process.

l)       The long form is the only form needed to be filled in for returning in-house students.  Students are not automatically registered.  You must re-register your child for next year.  Spaces are limited and based on a first come first served basis.

2)      If, on the long form you are also checking off the column for a new student, download and fill out a copy of the record card and emergency card for each new child.   

3)      For new children entering the program, a copy of the baptism and/or communion certificate must accompany the forms. 

4)      For Confirmation and First Holy Communion, there is a sacrament fee of $100.00 to be included with the registration fee.

5)      Forms, along with fees, must be received by May 11, 2011.  Checks are to be made out to St. Joseph Religious Education.     Address – 28 Meadow Ave. Bronxville, N.Y.  10708.
